Name origin: All our surf boards with a fish tail are named after types of fish, as this is our biggest fish the beluga whale seems like a very fitting name!
Description: The Beluga has been designed to bridge the gap between our E board and our HPM! It is a fun beginner model perfect if you're trying to get on to green waves and start learning to turn or if you looking for something a bit more cruisy in comparison to our HPM.
Catching waves: The Beluga has nice low rocker allowing for an easy cruisey wave entry! Despite the slightly pulled in nose this board carries alot of width and the same volume as an E board making catching waves effortless.
Stability/Manoeuvrability: With this board we wanted a bit more manoeverabilty than our E board but with similar stabilty! By pulling in the nose we gained a bit too much manoeverabilty to begin with but by making the board sightly wider we were able to reach a really good balance point!

All of our epoxy surfboards are made here in the UK, at our surf shop in Newquay TR8 4PU, and are made using the top materials, locally sourced wherever possible. Here at surfboards UK, every Surf board we make is ECOBOARD Project verified. This means that we are verified to produce a board with the same technical attributes as any modern surfboards, whilst having reduced environmental and toxic impacts.

Beluga
First and foremost make sure the board is always water tight before going in the sea. If any dings crop up just bring into the surf shop and we will fix it for free!
Having a board bag for transport can help alot with preventing dings! Most repairs we do are from accidents that occur outside the water!
Lastly DON'T leave it in the sun or worse in a hot car! When epoxy gets hot it becomes soft and flexible which can lead to dings or even delamination!
